Accommodation
Block accommodation bookings for AMN-6 have been made at the hotels listed below. All rates are inclusive of New Zealand Government Goods and Services Tax. Breakfast is not included unless otherwise specified. Please book your accommodation via the online registration form at the time of registration.
All hotels provide tea and coffee making facilities, minibar, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, email and internet connections. All apartments include kitchen and laundry facilities.
Making a Reservation
Rooms are now limited. To enquire about availability please email amn6@tcc.co.nz. Bookings should be made online when registering by 9 January 2013. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation payment is required; either one night’s deposit or the full amount depending on the individual hotel’s policy. Please see terms and conditions upon booking for more details.
Changing your Reservation
Please advise The Conference Company of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct.

Cancelling your Reservation
If you cancel your accommodation booking prior to 11 January 2013 you may be subject to a cancellation fee levied by the hotel. To see a list of the terms, conditions and cancellation policies refer to the appropriate hotel below.

There are two internet options available, complimentary basic broadband suitable for checking emails with a maximum download of 1GB per day or $10 per day for a high speed broadband connection with unlimited data.
