How to Register

Please register via the online form.

Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your online form and fees.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration prior to 10 January 2013 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellations made after on or after 10 January will not be refunded.
